I'm purchasing a Z06 with an extended GM Warantee on it. Does anyone know what needs to be done to get it over to me? Or does it just stay with the vehicle from owner to owner?
you didn't say if it was a private sale or through a dealership? having an extended warranty is a worthwhile "mod"! investigate thoroughly what you have to do to keep it valid.don't assume it will accompany your 'vette.i know from experience that they are transferable.and,oh,congratulations on your new ride!

Seller has to sign the transfer form, that is all. Buyer sends in the completed form with their check. That's it. Well worth it. Don't annoy the seller, or they can always cash in the balance of the warranty rather than "gifting" you with it.
