Bought a new house and moved in November, so the only one this winter was the Battery Tender...

Did get a new car cover form Santa, though!

Ok---I hope I remember them all:

ground effects (front, wing and door)
new wheels and tires (17 and 18 Y2K chrome---no idea what tires)
new TPS installed
new top
new front and rear lettering
new front and rear emblems
complete blackout kit (black cherry)
new bulbs for high and low beams
blink kit for brakes and blinkers
new paint
new Alpine Stereo w/ bluetooth and iPod capeability
window valet
new speakers
new mats w/ my CF name (thanks CD)
Bullets exhaust

The last 2 things I am looking to get accomplished before the CI is window tint and either new seats and foam or just covers for now. I know I am forgetting something

Edit: See I new I forgot something. New black leather cover for my top and a C5 exhaust plate.. I know there is still more but my brain is fried....

DTE Stage 1 Diff w/ 4.10 Gears
LS6 Clutch
C5 Z06 Sway Bars
C6Z06 Shocks
(Suspension upgrades aren't in yet, but will be VERY shortly)
BFG KDW II 255/40 and 285/40

Summer Mods
LS6 Cylinder Heads - maybe Ported & Polished (Bought but not installed)
LS6 Intake Manifold (Bought but not installed)

MAYBE a TSP 228R Cam & associated valvetrain upgrades...

Dropping the Z off tomorrow at Vengeance Racing for a new cam, pushrods, springs, LS2 timing chain, ported LS2 oil pump, ASP underdrive crank pulley, and LG longtubes.

I get to pick it up Friday.

my biggest winter mod was...converting my 00' coupe into an 03' Z with kooks longtubes, 3" exhaust and corsa's out back. also had billet surrounds for the tail lights and license, lloyds mats with yellow trim ( Z is yellow ) and chrome Z wheels. then i added an ee tunnel plate, braided brake lines, callaway honker, and a catch can. now i have some 18 x 12's and 18 x 10.5's and hoosiers to play with this spring.
