My right rear tire loses about 6 to 9 psi a week. I currently have run flats and have about another 10,000 miles or so left on them. Can a tire store repair a run flat tire? This is the first car I ever owned that had run flats on it. It is really not that big of a deal to throw some air in it every couple of days, it is more of a nuisance and if it can be repaired for a few bucks I would do it.

As long as the puncture is not in the sidewall or very close to it, the runflats can be repaired. Make sure the shop uses the plug and patch method to do it.
If it's leaking that much, you should be able to find it with a soapy spray. Check closely around the sensor and also if there are any wheel weights on the outside of the rim. You should be able to see bubbles if its leaking that fast. Could also be a crack in the wheel itself. Soap it up and troubleshoot before you take it somewhere.
If the tire needs to be repaired you need to take it to a qualified EMT repair shop. Call your local Goodyear stores and see which ones are qualified not all of them are qualified. If you have a Discount Tire shop in your area they may be able to do the job.
In my area the only places where you can get a run flat repaired are at the dealer and one of the Goodyear stores. The Firestone and Michelin dealers don't even sell their versions of the run flats so are not qualified to support their own product.
I had a similar problem that turned out to be a slow leak at the stem/sensor area. Cost me 12 bucks to fix. My tire guy (been using him for years now) told me run flats can be repaired unless you run 'em flat for an extended period and the sidewall starts breaking down.
I had a puncture in my RFs and the dealer did the repair (removed the tire and placed a patch) for around $18. this was a couple of years ago. No problems since then.
