You should be okay with regards to rubbing.
I had mine lowered all the way on stock bolts and never rubbed with the CCW drag pack and 26" ET streets. I raced with a couple guys who had their cars lowered with longer bolts, etc and they never had an issue with the tires rubbing the quarter panel.
But, depending on how low you are you may bottom out the rear suspension on a VERY hard launch! C5_Pig on the forum had his 10 second FRC slammed in the rear and bottomed out the rear crossmember a few times. He had to raise up the rear a bit. Otherwise you shouldn't have a problem.
