battery recharge times
my C5 is my daily driver. I live pretty close to where I need to go every day, my commute is literally 4-5 minutes each way. I come home at lunch time just because I like to eat lunch sitting on my couch in front of the TV :-). so my question to those with more knowledge, how quickly will my C5's battery recharge? will a 4-5 minute run time be enough for it to recover from starting the engine before the drive? I wonder about this especially in the cold weather when demands on the battery are greater. I'm wondering if my battery will be slowly discharging over time because its not run long enough to recover from startup. I wonder if I should try to put a charger on it when I get a chance...
btw its an optima yellow top, I just found out I bought my C5 with a lead acid battery dated 2002, and decided it was in my own best interest to get something else in there.
