It's certainly possible, but unless you're heavily modified and already making big hp, it will serve no real benefit.
The MAF isn't that much of a restriction on the intake, so "just bolting it on" a mostly stock car won't gain you much, if anything.
Since the 01/later MAF's incorporate the IAT sensor, there is some conversion and tuning changes that need to be made in order to make the swap.....more detailed info here:
Your sig says your car is stock. There is no benefit to changing the MAF unless it becomes a restriction - probably in the 450RWHP range. As was said tuning is definitely required for the change.
