210/218 intake/exhaust

I would guess that it is a little too small. You need to be more into the 220's

I don't see any cam specs, in the traditional sense, on that page.

They are well hidden.

You would need a lot more then just that cam to make it to 400rwhp. Maybe with some really good heads, all the bolt ons, and if you are a A4it will be even harder. IMHO you should Get at the minimum a 224/224 sized cam..just gives you more to work with. good luck!

I installed a package recently that gave me around 400 RWHP. You need heads, headers, injectors (SVO 30lb) are recommended, and a bigger cam than the one you are looking at.

CompCam XER273HR-14 is a great cam. That's the one I used. Nice idle and lots of mid and upper RPM power. As a pure coincidence, read April's edition of Corvette magazine where they test a mod package which includes this cam. They highly recommend it.

Default Thanks guys

I had work done last summer and was told some things It took me this long just to get the cam part#

stock heads done Headers(shorties) Borla BBK intake and TB.crane gold rockers and this cam and Kn filter 379 rwhp not what I paid for!!!

Another question is it worth changing just the cam again or should I put a set of LS6 Heads on?

This place has such great information
its a 6 speed

You could change the cam, but the heads and the headers are going to limit your performance. If you are generally happy and want a bit more oomph, the just upgrade the stock 3.42 rear to 3.90's or 4.10's
