Aerospace 303 cleaner followed by Aerospace 303 protectant.
It has a matte/satin finish and very good UV protection

I use the Zaino Z9 leather cleaner. After I've done the seats and the applicator is damp, I wipe down the rest of the other parts. I like the dull sheen it leaves. Smells good too.

bought mine at the one of the national autoparts chains.
Both the cleaner and protectant came in a 12 or 16 oz spray bottle.
Neither came with the "gallon sized" applicators

I tried Z16 after wiping the dust off and it works really nice. I use it for the door panels and other plastic inside also..

Lemon Pledge. Just the right amount of "gloss" without a lot of "shine". Smells good too.

I use Zaino on the seats and door panels.

All I use on my dash is a moist cloth with some mild dishwashing soap (like Ivory or Dove). I wipe it down then go back over it with another most rag (clean water only), then dry it off with a soft cloth.
