Extended warranty
Just extended the warranty on my vert. Had the opportunity to speak with Dennis directly. Great person to do business with. I would highly recommend anyone contemplating an extended warranty to contact Dennis. His e-mail is gmmp@fichtnerchevrolet.com.

Thanks for the post. This is what makes me come to work every day, to make another customer happy with doing business with me. I do take pride in doing my job correctly and treating customers as friends and family, make them happy, give them a great deal on their GMPP or vehicle and get the great referral business from this. Just yesterday a customer called me and told me that he had shopped every dealer he could possibly find and only ONE beat my price. I asked him if he checked the fine print at the bottom of the application form to see if they charge for using a credit card and sure enough they DO. So guess who was less in the end.
