12 Disc CD changer
I loaded up 12 CD's in the magazine, I loaded it according to the direction the arrow showed. It made some noises like it was suppose to checking the CD's. I then get the ERR message on the radio, I go to the back to open the changer to remove the magazine but it only comes out part way and I can't get it out! Any ideas on how to remove it?

It should pop up. Try pushing down then press the release button again. I got the same error message and I figured out the cd's in backwards (I installed them like ones in the beemer - but that was wrong).

This one shows you installing them face down, there isn't a release but it's simply suppose to pop up when you open the door. When you open the door it pops up part way but you can't get it out, it won't let go!

Sorry, but you are screwed. The changer is on the way out. You can take it out of the car and remove a few screws and be able to get the cartrige out. Or you can play with it and try to get the cartrige out. Either way, it is likely temporary. I had 3 this way on my 2004 before it was exchanged for a brand new unit.
