Superchips rulez...
Yea, they rule. The superchips microtuner eliminated the 1 to 4 shift mode. And the shifting its alot smoother and acceleration is better. I think its well worth it. Just some info for you guys that are looking to make you ride alittle smoother.

I have installed the Skip Shift on my 94 Trans Am GT and my AE. The one thing that the "shift light" does for you is that it will tell you that the the ECM is in the closed mode. Until the engine is warm and in normal operating condition the light will not come on and the CAGS will not engage.
For me it lets me know that the car is warmed up well and that all systems are communicating.

Not sure what the Superchips microtuner costs, but with the CAGS eliminator going for about $20, hard to beat that price.

My friend have a CAI, and Superchips tuner. I do know that he have gotten definite power gains with each.
The Superchips (SC TUNER)tuner is nice in that it does save stock info to the handheld, and then is reset to that position when you want to change.
