replacing oil pressure sensor

Hey

Dealer says I have a bad oil sending unit which is located inside the intake. If I have to have this removed to replace the sending unit I figure it would be a good time to change to an LS6 intake or something else appropriate.

Any feedback on this?

I have a 98 C5 with Corsa exhaust, airbox and ignition.

Would this produce any noticeable gains?

Should be a do it yourself project. The LS6 won't gain you much now but short of doing a fast intake it will give you a good starting point for future mods. Mine is out too now by the way......
