Trunk Lid Question....
For all of you that own either a Z06 or vert C5......Does your trunk lid have 1 shock or 2???? I bought my car about 2 years ago with 5,000 miles and I just realized mine only has 1. Are they all like that or is my situation unique?

Mine has two - 2001 vert. I use this - http://www.C5TrunkPopper.com - to have the lid pop open an inch

I thought all C5 Z06s and C5 Verts had 2......maybe there is a place for the other one on your trunk lid and someone took it out to replace it and never did

I once saw an '04 in the showroom with one shock and questioned it. But didn't get any answers from the salesman there's a big surprise. Just kidding! Anyway I haven't seen one like it since.
