Emblem placement

Can someone measure the distance from the top of the front bumper emblem to the bumper/hood seam? I just got my car back from the paint shop and need to re-install my front bumper emblem.

the holes should be pre drilled.....

It is a Tigershark fascia with no holes.

Did they fill them in? Or are you trying to put the emblems on for the rear? The rear ones do not have the little plastic sticking out of them like the front ones do.
