Frame Protection

Need help in deciding. Are the skid plate stiffeners same as the frame guards that have the wheel? If so, which is better or which provides the better protection?

You have two mods...

1. Rocker panel protection- Bars that attach to the frame rails protect your fragile rocker panels from damage... available from many sources. Newest form is http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1650107

2. Nerf bars - these protrude below the front bumper cover. You can buy either roller wheels, metal plates and soon a plastic version.
