97-04 Chevy Corvette & Z06 Twin Turbo Top Mount Kit
This is the most complete twin turbo kit available for the C5 Corvettes, including the Z06 models. This kit will fit both automatic and manual Corvettes. It is brand new and comes retail sealed.
Two T61 T4 Turbochargers (Rated 600 crank HP Each)
Our turbochargers are both T4 flanged and feature 3" V-band exhaust outlets on the turbine side. They will bolt right up to the manifolds and connect to the twin downpipes using the supplied v-band clamps in the kit. These turbos are perfect for the 5.7L Motor, and make full boost at a mere 3500 RPM! This is a dream setup for the street. On pump gas and 8-9 lbs of boost you can expect to put out about close to 600 rear wheel horsepower (see dyno sheet below) which equates to 705 crank HP! With a built motor and race gas you will easily see 750RWHP + which is 900 crank horsepower.
Two 38mm Billet Wastegates
Our twin wastegates come with all the supplied hardware to install them, including all screws, nuts, bolts, flanges, and gaskets. These wastegates can hold up to 25 lbs easily with a stiffer spring. The included spring will run about 6-7 psi depending on the weather. At this boost level you can expect to make roughly 520 to 540 horsepower to the rear wheels. We recommend only putting in a stiffer spring if you plan on running race gas and have the necessary supporting components to handle the increased boost. Note that this turbo kit recirculates the air from the wastegates into the downpipes.
Bar & Plate Sheet Metal Intercooler + Intercooler Piping + 50mm Blow off Valve
Our custom made intercooler is designed to perfectly fit the C5 Corvette. It measures 24" long x 3.5" thick x 6" tall and has two inlets, one on each side of the intercooler. We supply the two intercooler pipes needed to route the air from the turbo outlets into the intercooler inlets, which each measure 2" in diameter. The outlet is 3" in diameter and is located on the top of the intercooler and we include the proper intercooler pipe to connect the outlet directly to your intake manifold. (Refer to picture 4). Our intercooler also incorporates a flange on one corner where you can easily mount the included polished 50mm blow off valve. No welding is necessary! Our kit is ready to be bolted on.
Please note that installing the intercooler in your Corvette will require a slight leaning back of your stock radiator in order to fit. We include two radiator plates and all of the other four support pieces to slightly move back your radiator so that the intercooler will kit. Rest assured, our kit is completely bolt on, no corners are cut.
Tubular Drivers & Passenger Side Headers & Two 3/4" Twin Downpipes.
Our turbo setup is a top mounting, which means you will see all the turbos, wastegates, and hot parts everytime you pop the hood. Our turbo headers are made of 321 stainless steel and are 1 3/4" mandrel bent. All of our welds are TIG welded and will not come apart. All inlet tubes are bead rolled and all exhaust connections are V-band connections. Our downpipes are a massive 3" diameter and will bolt right up to the included turbochargers using the supplied v-band clamps. Each header comes with a heat shield already put onto it to prevent excess heat from circulating around the engine bay (it is not visible in the photos below, but it is on the other side of the manifold which cannot be seen). The downpipes have wastegate flanges on them where the wastegates will connect to dump air into the exhaust. Our kits are street legal because the wastegates do NOT dump the air into the atmosphere, but rather into the exhaust. Each downpipe has two bungs pre-welded to fit your stock O2 sensors and also you can choose to run a wideband O2 sensor in order to monitor your Air/Fuel ratios. No check engine lights will be activated by installing this kit. We also include two turbo intake pipes, you will need to purchase air filters to mount on the end of each pipe. Our turbo kit will not require removal of air conditioning or any other factory parts.

In order to fully install this kit, you will need to purchase silicone couplers, t-bolt clamps, and turbo oil feed and drain lines for the turbos. We also recommend upgrading your stock fuel injectors to 42 lb injectors in order to meet fuel demands. Unfortunately we do not sell these items, but you can easily find them at other retailers.

4 - Custom Intercooler Setup - Notice the twin inlets on each side. Each turbo flows air into the intercooler through the support piping. The outlet on the top of the intercooler feeds air directly into the intake manifold. Blow off valve mounts effortlessly onto the pre-welded flange on the corner of the intercooler.
5 - The T4 turbo flange on the manifold. Notice the wastegate flange on the manifold. The wastegate recirculates the air into the downpipe through the flange on the downpipe.
6 -Turbo Intake Pipe - Two of these are included in the kit. You will need to purchase air filters to mount on the other end of each pipe.

trying to figure it out but I would say no...There is a thread (rather long) about this system or seller. I don't know all of the thread but it doesn't look ligit.....

The funny thing about the ad on e-bay is that everytime it runs, the location of the kit is located somewhere different. I saw it a week or so back listed about 50 miles from my house. Same pictures, same description. I was tempted to e-mail and say I want to come see it. Just to see what the response was.
