I've heard it called a "glass" top, but it's made of Lexan, right? What is the best product to use to polish it and remove light scratches and water marks?
i would tend to disagree. i highly recomend Plexus. I use it on motorycle fiberglass and my top all the time. Can be bought at most motorcycle dealerships who sell sport bikes and online.

That is what i use to clean it and protect it. For some poishing of very light scratches you can try novus plastic polish. However you can't polish it too much with out removing the tint.
What ever you do never use glass cleaner with ammonia. It can damage the top.
