Ok, I'll ask...
As I don't have the correct graphics software, would some one be willing to print the template and mail it to me if I pay for postage and your time?????
If you're running Windows Vista (not sure about XP), Microsoft Photo Editor should work. Just open the photo, zoom it to 100% under the "view" menu and you're good to go.
I believe that you'll have to save (download) 4 seperate pics to make the whole template. Let me know if I'm wrong.

I've increased these files to 100%. Just download and print out. Try the 4 1/8 in. one 1st and measure it.
I just downloaded that one, and printed it out without any modifications and it came out perfect.

You can use Microsoft Paint if your printer will accept these settings.
Go to the first post and right click on the image with the 4-1/8" measurement on it and "save picture as" to your desktop as a .jpg. Go to you desktop and right click on the .jpg and open with Paint. In Paint go to File and then Page Setup. Set Size to Letter (8.5 X 11 .in), Set your margins to .25 on the sides and .5 on the top and bottom. Use Portrait Orientation and Adjust to 100% normal size and click OK. Print and measure the opening for the fuse box, if it measures 4⅛" then you have got it right and can do the other three.

TTT for a very thread. Thx! BTW, how are you guys securing the finished project? How does it stay in place? It looks as if it may go under the battery den gasket, but I can't tell for sure. I'll hopefully be trying it this weekend.
