Jim, I was safe and lucky to avoid gaurdrail and tire walls. I was pushing hard for a great time, and that last right-hander before the long straight got me. The car started slipping with oversteer, and I continued on the gas, keeping my eye on the straight ahead of me. The rear end wasn't coming back, so I lifted 'just a little' . . . it was too much, and then the fun began. Counter steer, oops . . . too much and the rear end came back around to the right. The car 'bolted' into the grass to the left, and I just kept on driving right onto pit row. It seemed like a good time to 'call it a day'! My fastest lap was 2-laps before that one (# 74 of 75).
Hey, everybody should chip in once in awhile to keep our landscapers busy.
The video is really great. I have forwarded to friends and family. I think I would have had video of me when I was playing golf, I would have been a better golfer. Thanks for the free instruction!

Trust me, I have on a couple of occasions. One was with "BLOWN ECS Z06" as a passenger on the north course :-) The other was hydroplaning sideways into the "wetlands" off of six on the south course.

If you've never been off, you've never found your threshold!
I've found my threshold a couple of times at the 'bahn...
Here's a slight lift (WHOOPS!) on that corner after the kink on the South circuit, I am usually around 115mph into the brake zone for this corner. No harm done, I knew it was over and drove it off into the grass.
