Sunvisor lightbulbs melted
My sunvisor makes noise. I did the zip tie fix on the mirror assembly because it was loose. So loose that when the visors were down the lights came on.
Where do you get these lightbulb housings? Since they are melted and deformed, the clamshell top is not closing correctly which is causing noise when driving over bumps.

I would think that the dealer should be able to order new housings for you. Never have tried to order a part like that though.
