I have a 97 coupe with 27,000 on the clock. It has run great for the month I have had it. Started it this morning and the check engine light came on it said reduced engine power then service traction control. I am a complete noob no idea how to pull codes or anything. It is out of warranty

Turn key to Accessory
Push and hold Options button
Push fuel button 4 times
It will go into an automatic diagnostic mode. After it has gone through all the codes it will allow you to cycle through each system. Write down all the codes and tell us what you see.
Could be a bad batter. Electrical gremlins are pretty common for those issues.
Had the same problem with my '97/ Once you get the codes post them and someone should be able to help. Turned out to be the Throttle Position Sensor attached to my TB. Replaced it in 15mins and haven't had a problem since. Best of luck!
But from the looks at it, you do not have any current codes. Do all those indicators stay on. Have you started the car recently and do they all pop-up again? Maybe try un-hooking the battery, hokk it back up and start the car again. Solutions like that have worked for me in the past, but definitely check to make sure that your battery isn't leaking.
