I tried turning the twilight setting on my Z06 and couldn't find the option..I referred to my owners manual and it say it was under the options field and didn't have any exclusions for the Z06...Went back out to the car and the car doesn' t have the setting..Have anybody else noticed this on their Z06.. :mad
We have it on all of the Canadian Z06's. Do a search for twilight and you may come up with your answer, otherwise see if C4C5specialist can answer your question
All Canadian Z06s have the twilight feature. It has something to do with the daylight running light requirements there. The US Z06 models do not have this feature and it isn't avail as an option except on coupes and verts.
Twilight is not an option for the Z06.
When it starts to get dark there is this **** you can turn on the steering column and the lights come on.
I think it's availible in those cushy Coupes and Verts though. :jester
I have the Canadian Z06 that does have the twilight feature, but I can't seem to turn it off. When I back out of the garage in the morning the headlights shine in my kids' windows and wakes them up. Does anyone know how to disable Twilight mode?
I don't think that you can turn off the Canadian spec car's Twighlight Sentinel ever. The whole point is that you should have this feature ...
Ideally there would be a very simple override facility for situations just like yours, preferably time limiting the feature and returning to full time after a few minutes.
I've seen a few threads on how to put a resistor in the circuit that goes to the sensor so that it always thinks that it is light out, so your headlights never automatically pop up, but I was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks!
