There's the Lowcountry Corvette Club.
I think the NCCC has a group in the area.
There also is a small group of my friends with vettes that get together on occasion.

You can also check out
fastgm.com . It is mostly F bodys but there are a few vettes. The crowd is a little younger than the 4CCCC crowd.

Charleston is one of my favorite places to visit. Go to Wild Wing Cafe for wings, California Dreaming is great, and I could go on and on.
Can't help you with clubs though.
