License plate frames.

The other day i saw a STi with a license plate frame that when you were directly behind it you could not see the license number. I was wondering if anyone knew where to purchase one at?

I'd try one of the ricer sites, sounds like it'd fit there. Anything covering the plate is illegal here in Cal.

I've heard of the photo difffusing plates

but agree that a totally hidden plate would be a problem.
