Recommendations on Garage Cabinets

I don't have any pics of my garage right now but I did everything you mentioned plus hot/cold water/slopsink, only real difference I put 2-6' shelving units so I can see everything from all sides, some 5' long formica shelves and a workbench with cabinets underneath. I like the idea of the attic mounted air comp. but I was worried about condensation building up in it all the time so I ordered a sears proffessional 30 gal 2 stage upright to save room but keep it in the garage so I have easier access to it for draining. heater is a 45k btu ceiling mount, floor is epoxy and walls are oil semi-gloss for easy cleaning. I have 39 linear ft. of lighting and a seperate sub-panel from the house. if you want any info about any of it just ask.

I bought them because, after looking at many different offerings at stores and online, Lowe's Gladiator series was the closest style to what I was looking for and goes well with the floor we put in and the rest of the garage. I like the fact that they are modular and can be configured in practically any arrangement. You can mix and match and add as you go along. Plus, what's not mounted on the wall is on heavy-duty casters which makes it easy to reconfigure and clean under.
I wanted a cleaner look to the wall-mounted cabinets than the tracks Lowe's sells so I designed and fabbed my own mounting system. I did use the tracks for the hook systems they sell because they were nicer than most of the mounts I have seen and, of course, go with the cabinets.
The wall cabinets, rolling tool cabinets and bench

I added the power-outlet backsplash afterward. I also mounted my own under-cabinet lights.

I picked up two of these tall lockers.

Here are the wall tracks and hooks. These can be mounted and configured anyway you like.

The tracks are low profile and very strong.

Nice finish and colors.

Heck, it even matches my vacuum.

I suppose one could argue that this kind of stuff is grossly overpriced, but hell, you only live once, right? I mean, look at what we spend on our Chevys.

Best of luck in your quest.
(Us Indiana guys need to stick together
)I went with the Craftsmen ones, I like the look and the amount of crap they will hold. I use to have white MDF ones but after time and Indiana humidity they were really starting to fail..

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

The base cabinets are Colman, which I bought at Lowes. The top ones I have had for many years, so when I got my bottom ones last month I painted out the tops to match and ordered hardware from them to match.

I found a company that designs and builds interior closets and garage cabinets for less money.
Find a company that uses MDF instead of particle board and the shelves (18" or 24") will hold an amazing amount of weight. They were less expensive that the SEAR'S type and have a lifetime warranty. These are seven feet tall, 10 feet wide and 24" deep. They are suspended about 6" off the floor attached to the studs.
