Does anyone know the effects on the GM major guard warrantee when installing a catback aftermarket system?

They are after market mufflers mounted after the catalytic converter. They do not effect the original warrantee, but I'm asking about GM's major guard warrantee. I'm inquiring to see if anyone has had an issue with this.

Have been through 2 renewals of the GMPP on my 98. Corsa's have been installed since 99 and at no time did any warranty work become an issue due to the catback system being installed. Unfortunately my GMPP has finally expired this past February.
