Hey Everyone, I have a Hurst shifter in my 99 Vert and I really like the Hurst shifter and dont want to part with it but I absolutely hate the stock blocky C5 shifter. I would like to upgrade to the a c6 style shift ****, I know that the stock C6 shift **** wont fit on the c5 hurst shifter. So I was wondering if there was an aftermarket company that made c6 shift ***** that would fit a hurst shifter out of a C5.
Take a look at ebay. GS Creations modifys the stock **** to fit the Hurst. I have heard of others using the stock C6 **** and just drilling and tapping a hole to fit the stock C6 set screw.
Hurst with C6 Z06 ****. The shifter arm must be drilled for the Torx set screw that holds it in place. I have read posts the ebay one has a plastic sleeve pressed into the ****, but if over tightened, or re/re'd the plastic breaks and ends up loose.

Thanks for posting the picture! it looks really great. I had no idea how good the c6 shift **** felt to hold until my dad and I went shopping for a c6 for him. I guess I may have to go with the stock c6 **** and drill a hole for the set screw. I wouldnt want the plastic to break and the **** become loose.

I like this the best. I had it reskinned to match the rest of the leather.
