Try a tarp temporarily until someone here knows some secrets.
Some body shops put baby powder on the rubber seals; then close the panels. Then see what part of the panels that the powder does not attach to. At that point, maybe you can put some oil on that part of rubber seal. Oil will swell up the rubber seal.
