Default 2001 Z06 prices

What do you consider a "good deal" price for 01 Z06 with low miles and in good condition?
I was thinking around $24~25K would be sweet deal...am I about right?

I'd say that would be pretty sweet. What mileage you talking about?

Probably somewhere under 30K miles...
As for the price, I haven't found Z06 for that price yet but just wanted to know what would be good price when I find one.

I have seen a number of them at 26 and 27k .....so if you are patient...I think you can find one at 24-25k.

I bought mine for 21k but it was not what most would consider low mileage at 68k...there is one locally in the Norfolk paper claiming 1500 miles on it but the guy is asking 30k for it.

Here's what I do when buying a "new" vehicle. I go to NADA and look at the average cost of the car. I look at what the trade-in value is and the retail value. If I can get the car for trade-in then it's a steal. If they're asking retail I usually don't look twice or try to talk them down to a resonable level. I just picked up an 01 Z with 37K for $27.5 in Jan. That's more than I wanted to pay, but it has a supercharger already installed. Letting someone else do the mods actually saved me a ton of money.

I purchased my '01 with 7k miles a year ago for $32k. I think it was well worth the price. If you spend too much time hunting for bargains, life will pass you by. Just a thought.

I bought a 2003 Z with 5700 miles for $34,000 2 months ago. I know it is not a 01 but thought you may want to know.

Default 01 Z

I bought mine with 13k on it for $28k back in Nov. Best of luck in your search.

P.S. you might want to also factor in a warranty as well. It's something you rather have and not need than not have and need it.
