I came across a 03 zo6 in yellow, 2700 original miles and original owner. Car actually looks brand new. Owner wants $36,800 but states he is negotiable. I looked through corvette trader and all the 03 zo6's are priced really high between $36,900 and $41,000. The 03 seem to be almost the same price as the 04 zo6. What would be a more reasonable price for car. A black 03 zo6 with 2500 original miles just sold for 35,500 on ebay is that about what they go for?? Thanks
A 2003 Z06 with only 2700 miles is a steal at $36,800! Ebay prices are not realistic and a seller can easily take a major loss. One reason why I will never sell a car on ebay.
Mine had 3,600 miles and I paid $34,900 in August from a dealership with some warranty remaining. It was originally advertised for $39,000 so you are right in the ballpark. Talk him down a little and you are good to go.

Forget ebay prices ... they can be stupidly high/low ... use this website (since your profile is blank - you should fill it out, I couldn't look it up for you) and it will give you the "Blue Book" value for the car based on your ZIP code.....
You're an idiot ... in my area ... TOP DOLLAR $34,920.00
..... more reasonable price .... $33,170.00 ....
$36,800.00 seems high ... knock it down ( and look at kbb.com as I posted above) ...
I'm assuming you guys know each other for you to use such a "friendly" statement.
I would think a car with that low a miles is worth whatever you are willing to pay for it. I paid almost that much for my 03 with 2000 miles on it a month ago. Since I'm going to keep it the price was unimportant as long as I was willing to part with the cash. Unless you are buying it for an investment, then it doesn't matter what you pay.

Entirely true.
Now if you look nation wide over a period of a month or so you will find these low mileage cars that can be had for about 32-35k.
Some people may pay more but it just depends on the buyer or seller and how pateint both are.
The market has changed considerably over the last 6-9 months. I've been watching prices over the last year to think through when to sell my 2002 Z06 for a LS3 car.
As a reference point, she was a 15,xxx mile 2002 quicksilver/ebony Z06 beautiful inside and out, garage kept, yada, yada, etc... I started her at $32k in various sources based on what I'd seen here and in autotrader over the last year. After a month and after seeing lots of other cars I now have her priced at $28.5k (link). I have had good interest and have several offers in hand, but 6 months ago I would have sold it in a day at this price.
I'd suggest that the price you've found is high if you're patient.
KBB in my area is coming up at 38,500. Mine has 16,000. i also put in 2,500 miles and it came up the same?? I plan on keeping mine for a long time so it does'nt really matter to me.
I just bought mine from Rutiger for 30k. It had 38xxx miles and has been professionally modded with LTs, Procharger, etc., etc, etc, making 580rwhp. Just an idea of what's out there. It is definately a buyer's market right now, especially in the more northern states. I have been watching/researching Zs for the last 7-8 months and they keep coming down. One note about KBB, they are for reference only, no one at KBB buys or sells cars, dealers will tell you the same thing. When I sold my SS to make way for the Z, every dealer i went to offered at least 4k lower than what KBB said my trade was worth so take KBB with a grain of salt. Try this, enter a car into KBB with 150,000 miles and see what it's worth. Now do the same options but with 300,000 miles and see what it says, I'll bet it won't be much difference in what they say it's worth. Just my thoughts, but be patient and you'll get what you want, most other people are seeing what Zs are selling for and won't pay a premium, so hopefully they will come down on their asking price.
I paid 30k for mine with 40,000 miles. With trade in and taxes and fees it got to 36,000. So i think i still got a good deal! Was within my price range. I got rid of some unwanted cable and pay off a couple of bills so my payments are about the same as my 350z. I love to drive this car and it is worth a little extra for the huge smile I get every time I start it up.
I paid 34k for my 03 z back in april. It had 8,000 miles and was a one owner car. Everything came with it. Im looking at another 03z right now with 5,000 miles on it and he only wants 33k for it
Looks like the market went a little soft here in Pa. Winter coming. Paid 28995 last week for my 2003 Z, 12800 on the clock, one owner new car trade. Stock W memory seating, side molding. Bose
Only Issue, somewhere along the line rocker's cracked by lift front of rear wheels. [dealer] Est fix 750.
