Did I miss it, or do we have no idea what year this car is? A 2004 should bring more than a 1997.
Just curious, is a salvage title involved with this car?

it is a 97 (hints the s/c97C5) and the reason for all the post about selling stuff on the car and the car itself is because we need it to be sold and if we have to part-it-out to sell it then that is how we are goin to do it...the car is in good shape and i just want a rough price and i have contact info on the things i am trying to sell...but right now i just wanted to see what yall might pay...there are pics of the car in other post that i have made...just search Procharged C5 and yall can find them

This makes no sense at all. Why would you part out an car that is in good shape? It would be much easier to sell a complete running car.

I would say for a '97 7K - 10K It will much depend on the buyer if he wants the Vette in that year and is willing to make the investment in the trans and motor.
It certainly would be good for an individual who has had acrash and wants another and his trans and motor is intact.
I would post in the FS section and DO NOT part it out. Give it a little time and a member or a Vette enthusiast will pck it up!
Thanks,Matt

Unless he is saying the car with the mods is not worth as much as the mod parts (true).
OTOH - who is going to buy a stripped Vette? Why not replace the modded engine/trans and sell it complete, and sell the mods separately?

The way it looks yes its better cash wise to sell it runing. It look like he does not has the time/money to put in the car and needs to sell now.
I would think someone will want it for a race/drag car that would just remove the motor/trans anyway.
It would be nice to have 15k in mods and only 22k-25k out of pocket.
Good luck.
