Another Spark Plug/Gap ?

Hate to do this, but I'm picking up plugs and wires tonight and reading all there is to find about the best plugs and wires.
I've read alot and I keep seeing different plug and gaps.
What is the best plug and gap?

I was told AC Delco 41-952 at .060 and AC Delco 41-985 gap .040

Also what's the best wireset?

Engine is a LF 383.

I have msd wires, and i just put in ngk tr55 (iridiums) and i left the gap the way they were from the package...all roughly .056, .057

Jim,
I believe so. That seems to be the GM number, but my original plugs said they were Denso's. To me the car ran better on them. As I said. I will switch back when I purchase headers soon. Take care, Don
