Torque valves are mostly dependant on the size of the bolt.

Since the size of the bolt, in this case, has not changed then yea, 100 ft. lbs. and tightened in the proper order, one bolt, then across from the first, never next to it and so on. I even take it in a few steps ... 60 lbs. first, then 85 .. etc.
If this is not done you could warp the rotors.

When I change my wheels out for drag racing and then back to stock I tighten in a star pattern and do two or three processes, 55 then 75 then 100 or 75 and then 100.

Like others suggest retorque after driving for a short while.

Supposedly to keep the rim from warping.
