Default what length pushrods should I use?

TSP 228r cam going in my 01 Z06. I got the cam package with 7.4 inch push rods, but some are saying to run 7.425's

which is correct?

P.S.
Staying with stocks heads and head gasket.

Best bet is to use an adjustable pushrod to measure the correct length.

The 7.4" stock length rods are the right ones to use!

I have 7.40 for my 228R and AFR 205s milled -.020 off. My valve train is a little noiser than I'd like. If I switch to my TQ2 cam, Ill move up to 7.425 rods.
