if i change my rims to a 19" rear and 18" front, will i have to change the speedo gear so as to not offset the speedometer?
and is there any rubbing on the wells?
anyone running the nitto invos? curious on how they stand up wet and dry?
thanks
It's the rolling diameter of the tire that matters, not the size of the wheel it is mounted on. Just stay within +/- 1% of stock tire OD and you'll be fine. In any event, there are no gears to change. The speedo correction is done by programming in the PCM. As for rubbing, it all depends on the wheel offset - my Cray 18/19s are np. No info on the Invos, sorry.

you are confusing the f/r ratio with the acceptable range of OD difference.
Plug the stock tire sizes into the online Tire Size Calculator and see for yourself. When you click Compare Tire Sizes it will tell you the ratio between the sizes and the speedometer difference that would result if you were to make such a size swap to the rears.

No, I am not, F/R difference must be 1/2-1" for optimum, the 3% is range you can deviate on the diameter without adverse effects
