Default low mileage vettes: step inside

My 99 just turned 30k miles on Saturday! Bought it with 20k miles 2.5 years ago..I know some will say drive it more but my job isn't in a great neighborhood and the seagulls like to do their business on cars parked in the lot(im near a river). Who else has a low mileage C5??

28K on my 00, a guy at work has 14K on his 94! In general I think a lot of us in climates that have to deal with snowy winters have lower mileage Vettes. I know if I lived somewhere where the roads were dry most of the year my Vette would have a lot more miles on it!

My '99 vert has 21k miles. It is a garage queen. As far as I'm concerned, taking it out once or twice a month just adds to the excitement of owning it. I also enjoy my LX 470 Lexus as my dd workhorse. Recently swapped my Borla stingers for a set of Ti's... I'm in love all over again!

I bought my 02 Z 2 years ago next month with 12,2xx miles. It has a little over 16k now. I have 3 cars, and everywhere I go is usually within 3-5 miles of where I live. So none of my cars get very many miles. The Camaro only gets maybe 250 miles a year since it was restored, the vette i'll drive when the weather is good, and the 94 Civic i'll drive any other time. The Civic gets the majority of the miles. I've had it for a year almost, and put about 5k miles on it. More than i've put on the vette in 2 years. Now that summer is around the corner, i'll be driving the vette more. But I still wanna keep the miles low on the vette, to kepp the value up of course.

How about 785 (that's seven hundred and eighty-five) miles on an '03 AE !! Going to be changing some this summer, however.
