Guys, be patient. The people there take their time with you when you call. Yes there are times when it is tough to get through on the phone, but they are taking the time to answer questions and give good advice to to other callers, and will do the same when you call. You cant have it both ways. I am not criticizing anyone I am just basing it on my own experiences with them and they never rush anyone when they are talking to you. I would hate for that type of service and comittmitment to go away.

When i bought my texas speed cylinder heads used here from a forum member, they were still more then willing to answer any questions I had about the heads, even though I didn't buy them directly.

I have the utmost respect for how Texas Speed does business.

I saw them say in another post that if the phones are busy to send them a pm. That might have been on another forum.

I have spoken to John over there for OVER a half hour at a time. He NEVER rushed me once. Maybe their phones are busy cause their taking care of customers, and NOT just sitting there waiting for YOU to call..

I believe if you are still waiting for headers,it's probably because you ordered X-pipe too. They are (were) waiting for manufacturing. They wii definitely spend time with you on the phone when you do get through. BTDT
