I assume you mean the Millennium Edition? - Wouldn't its value be listed in the normal places (KBB, Edmunds, etc), using the option codes for that package?

They were basically a decal and trim package, and from what I remember, they were supposed to produce 100 of them, but I don't think they even came close.

Ken collaborated with Dana Forester, a dealer, & the NCM to put the Milestone package together to commemorate the 50th anniversary. It's mostly trim - as I recall, it also included a chrome wheels, Corsa exhaust & blackwing intake. It was available in red, white or blue.
Personally, I can't see it being worth much more than any other 2003 'vette in similar condition/miles/etc.
Same way that out of the original 20 '67 L88 engines that were built, there are around 100 or more that exist today. All claiming to be an orignal also.
