HID Ballast install question
I'm going to be installing my HID kit and noticed there was no mounting bracket for the ballast. I was thinking about making a bracket myself but wanted to see if anyone had experience with this (or possibly a quick/easy solution).
Have any of you installed it without a mounting bracket?

Mine are mounted to the headlight support bracket underneath the headlights. I used a dremel tool and removed the lip from the bottom of the left side the bracket to mount the ballast, the right bolted on with no problems.
I mounted them under the headlights because I wanted them hidden and out of the weather.

I 3M'd mine to the down slop of the wheel well... "wires facing down".
Don't ask how I know that "wires down" is important... almost as important as "Laces Out!"
