The plan is actually to move in the other direction and get a C3 next, though my wife keeps threatening to get an AE coupe as a daily driver instead ...

Congrats! They are stunning cars. I took ours to get safety inspected this week and the mechanic was drooling over the car. He asked all kinds of questions about the 03'AE. Now he's searching for one. LOL.
We took ours out today with the top down, what a beautiful day! However my wife and I are now sunburned to a crisp.
