Squeaky Pulley
With nearly 77K miles on my '03 baby, one of her pulleys is beginning to squeak. H2O pump was replaced 6 months ago, so I don't think it's that. The sound seems to be coming from the tension adjusting pulley. I hate to bite the bullet and take her into for servicing just for that. Any suggestions for a good, lasting spray lube? Or do I leave it up to the stealership to diag and repair/replace?

I have a 99 with 72K and mine started doing that as well .... had one of the pullys replaced that helped for a week..it came back ...I took it in and they replaced both belts and that seemed to fix the problem.
It seems now if the car sits up for a few damp days it'll do it every once in awhile for a few mins but goes away.

You'll never find a spray lube that will keep the tensioner quiet for more than a few seconds. If it is the upper tensioner, it's not too difficult to replace. The lower AC tensioner is more difficult to replace and is easier to do with the car on a lift. I replaced the lower one on my '02 vert at about 65,000 miles. There was a thread a while ago that said you could replace just the pully on the lower one without changing out the whole tensioner. Seems like it had parts numbers listed too. Good luck.
