Get the B&B PRT's, they sound better than the bullets. I have the bullets and am switching to the prt's w/ the speedway tips.

The Bullets are louder than the Stingers, so if you are concerned about volume go for the Bulltes. The Stingers are loud too, but not like the Bullets.

That was my experience (plus, I guess I'm getting too old) with the Borlas. Traded them for a set of Ti's. Absolutely love them!

Corvettes of Houston have them for $575(the single tips), the dual tips are $100 more and I think they had free shipping.

Borla quads, with a good intake system. Get it up into the power band and it has a real european supercar sound. If you want to listen to crappy radio, leave on the stocks. Myself, I keep it above 2.5-3 K for the great sound alone. If you're gonna idle it why the Hell bother?
