If you have polished OEM wheels (which is what you show) then the "barrells" ARE ALREADY POLISHED. They are probably just dirty. Try taking them off to clean them good and use wax. Good to do this once a year.
I use a Mequier's (sp?) long brush (looks like a long bottle brush) to keep mine clean.
I assume you are not refering to the brake rotors?
