Default WeatherStripping Install

How hard is it to install, does anyone have a write up or a how to on this?

I'm tired of getting wet when ever it rains, or when I wash the car the seats get soaked....I've posted this before and had a lot of response about doing the window tipin adjustment, but I'm pretty sure that is not the problem in my case, the windows appear nice and tight, and the leak is right where the top and the a-pillar meet. And when it rains or when I wash the car it is pretty much a steady stream of water into the car. You can't see light through it, but I can't figure out how or where to fix the leak.....I've tried the dielectric grease and that didnt do anything but make a mess....

Any input will be helpful.

thanks

I hated the t-tops in my 87 trans-am cause they leaked all the time, even after having installed new weather-stripping. When I bought the C5 coupe I knew I was going to hate the targa top cause it would leak too. And it did!! Feel your pain

There was an article in Corvette Fever magazine a few months ago about installing the weather seal on a C5. It did not seem to be a difficult job. You might check the corvette fever website to see if the article is posted there.
