Chevy 789?
Look what I just stumbled across. What do you think? Here's what the caption stated:
This is built by N2A motors (No Two Alike) Cost $40,000 over cost of new C6 (Corvette)
(MSRP $44,000)
Unbelievable! The company (don't know who at the moment) is planning a
production run of about 100 vehicles. Sits on a Corvette C6 chassis, front
styled like a 57 Chevy, side like a 58, rear like a 59. Hence the designation
"789".

Probably was locked because its built from a base C6. As in, doesn't apply to C5 general. Cool custom nonetheless

That's really different. I'd like to see one in person, but it does look pretty
in the pics.

The front of a '57 and the rear of a '59 , doesn't quite seen to blend to me. I was never a big fan of the 59 Chevy rear. Just my .02

Didn't the 59 Impala's rear end tend to get airborne at high speed???
So you've got 2 Bel Aires and one Impala going there!

I'd like it if it would seat 4, but that's too long to seat 2. It would be a nice top down weekend cruiser with the friends.

when will these builders learn that the most important line on these custom cars is their door line. if you don't have the right door line, the car will never look right. this car is a perfect example. the front looks great, the rear looks great, but the middle fails to blend the two together successfully and it leaves it looking awkward and out of place. it makes you look at and and at first glance say that looks nice but then...........something just doesn't look right..........aaawww yes, it's the door line.
