front blackouts w/ LEDs question.
I installed acrylic blackouts on my front turn signals. I also wanted the look of the 3157 LED tower bulbs. The result was cool, but dim. The quality of the bulbs is questionable, but they work.
I'm planning on upgrading one of two (or both things)
Bulbs:
I'm looking at a pair of 3157 SMT tower LED bulbs from autolumination.com for the running lights/turn signals the SMT 194 bulbs for the side markers.
And/Or Euro clear side markers hoping that the clear lens and better reflector will give me better light output.
This being said, what do you all think? Bulbs, Lenses or both?
