I, have the smartest C5!
For the last three winters I have installed a set of winter wheels and tires without the TPS. Contrary to most people here on the forum, I never get the “Service TPS” error, just blanks where the pressure would read. Until that is, about a week before it’s time to put the summer wheels back on, the error shows up. Happened again this year! I meant to swap wheels yesterday but instead the wifey wanted to take a cruise, so of course I obliged. During the trip, up pops the error! It’s like the car has some sort of animal instinct and says, Hey! I want my summer shoes on, now!
