I know exactly what you are experiencing. I just got my first vette in February. I sit in the garage and just look at my vette. I have caught myself closing the freaking garage door, just to open it up two minutes later to look at my C5 some more . The kids are cracking up at me. These guys in CF are incredible. Everything you need to know or ask is in this Forum. I think I have read so many C5 Threads, I am in total overload on what to do with MODS.??
Soon you'll be seeking out those store fronts with large reflective glass windows just to drive by and look at it moving...and of course the obligatory "turn and look" maneuver whenever you leave it "safely" parked in a parking lot (you can't park it next to any other cars, how would you look at it when your walking back to it).
Congrats on the new vette. Love to see posts from new owners most of whom have waited years to fulfill a dream. I thought my frequent trips to the garage just to walk around it and smile was some sort of sickness. Then I found it was a common affliction for new vette owners. Its been a few months now, and the smile never goes away.
