The car is running fine now. Just the CEL is on again and I pulled these codes.

I was just told that O2 sims aren't needed to correct these lean codes. So maybe a dyno tune should be the next step.....

Think of O2 sims as a way to turn off an annoying light, nothing else. No performance changes.

From what I have been reading is that the sims correct any codes that may refer to the cats over heating.

They correct the codes that are caused by the cats not being there. That's why they call them O2 sims, they send a reading back to the computer simulating a functioning cat.
