When I got my tires in, I took them to what I thought was a worthy shop to get them mounted.. but when I got them back I noticed indentations on the outer lip of the rim, where it looks like they used a pry bar to get them on. Although mad, I just kinda ignored it because it was not very noticeable. Fast forward two months, I start to get a tire leak. So I pull it off to find the leak and find that they did the pry bar to the inside of the rim also... and the rim starting to crack at where they used the bar. Now that I feel disgusted and angry, I do not know what to do... Both the fronts have it, and I am going to pull the rears later to see.. any suggestions as to what I should do now?

Time is not in your favor. I would go to store owner/mgr and explain the situation just like you described above. Worker bee was likely a new 18 year old. I had something similar happen to me at a Lincoln dealership. New emp, first day on job, put a crow bar through my a/c compressor. Fortunately, I discovered it that evening. The cracks also were about the same size as crow bar. New compressor for me.
Key to entire situation is to be low key and humble, and ask for his HELP. If he is not very helpful, you just need to keep trying with a low key approach. A lawsuit would cost you about $3000 plus or minus. Do you have small claims court in your state? You could likely clearly demo that you do not let anyone work on your car except certain people, etc. Good luck.
Light bulb just came on. If he denies that his worker bee did not damage your wheels, ask him if mgr, that emp, and you can sit and discuss a few questions. Then ask worker bee specifically how he would handle changing run flats. Oh, yes, have a low key witness with you. (Always outnumber your opponent.)
